This Privacy Policy explains how we manage personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) and the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs).

We will action opt-out requests promptly.

Where we collect contact information for individuals in their capacity as employees or representatives of a business customer or supplier, we use that information for purposes connected with the business relationship. The "employee records" exemption in the Privacy Act applies to records of our own employees and is not affected by this Policy.

Under APPs 12 and 13 you have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, and to ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate, out of date, incomplete, irrelevant or misleading. To make a request, contact us using the details in clause 14. We will respond within a reasonable period and will not charge for making a request, although a reasonable charge may apply to providing access in some cases. We may need to verify your identity before processing a request.

13. Complaints

If you believe we have breached the APPs, the Privacy Act or this Policy, please contact us using the details in clause 14. We will acknowledge your complaint and aim to resolve it within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may refer the complaint to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner: www.oaic.gov.au, telephone 1300 363 992.
